I research Dr. Bhama, checked that he is a preferred provider with my insurance, got a referral letter to see Dr. Bhama from my primary provider, and called to make an appointment to see Dr. Bhama. I showed up for my appointment, having taken time off work, and went into the exam room only to be told my appointment was with a different doctor who I knew nothing about and did not ask for. So annoyed. I ended up just leaving. How does this incompetence happen?
i would give 0 stars if possible. the doctors and staff at this place do not care about the patient. you do not exist to the OBGYN until you’re past 10 weeks pregnant, I waited 24 hours for a call back from the on-call doctor with a concern and they did not bother calling me back at all. find yourself a different OB.
Midwife Ashley S was so compassionate & attentive as I went in for my 2nd trimester check up & she couldn't find a heartbeat. God only knows how many times she's had to deliver such devastating news, yet she wasn't indifferent. The way she expressed sympathy & genuine care really helped me. God bless you.
My 4 kids all have been here starting with my now 23 year old daughter. They are beyond profesional and Dr is a perfectionist. We always get compliments on our kids teeth and we owe it all to ND and their outstanding job. I am sure my grandkids will also be going to ND we would have it no other way
