Great as always in early out early very friendly customer service
Check in at Providence Cardiac was pretty quick and easy. My waiting room wait was brief. Lexi was very personable and efficient as she gathered my information. I had quite a long wait for Dr. Jones. He apologized for that. He asked questions and listened to me. He was very good noting my personal information and at explaining in understandable terms. My appointment with Angel Klippenstien ARNP went very well!! All of my questions were answered and she gave us a very detailed explanation as to why it is necessary for me to stay on Eloquis or its direct replacement!!! I came away from the appointment with a better understanding of the Afib that I have and why it is necessary for me to remain on Eloquis or its direct replacement!!
