Do not, I repeat do not enter this facility! Without being informed, the person at the registration desk charged my credit card. I thought it was a prepayment for the gynecologist located there. But no it is a facility payment. Without telling you in advance or at time of charge that you are paying a facilities “fee” they just take it! Since I was never told what the $268.20 was for , I don’t want to pay. I found another center, they are much nicer and half price!
Went to see the Dr. back on 6/28, it’s 8/5 now and I’m still waiting for an authorization. When I registered I told them to remove my old insurance, all this time I’ve been waiting for an approval but how if they submitted it to the wrong insurance!!! I called multiple times, spoke to Peggy, Nancys & Julia. Apparently they submitted as “urgent” yesterday 8/4. I spoke to my insurance & nothing yet.
