No one ever ever pick up the phone. I was a new patient, got tricked by their online form making a web initial consultation. I put in my email and contact info. A week before the appointment, I notice it is on site appointment. Took me 30 minutes to call back & forth only to find out it was a on site. I asked to switched to WebEx. Then 2 days before the appointment, still no email invite... call them up (wasting my lunch) only to find out they don't have my email.... Whut duh! Dont go here. It is freaking mess. Very horrible! They never answer calls or return Voicemails. I had to speak to the concierge and supervisor to reach someone in the genetics department to schedule an appointment. During the appointment, the staff was not at all helpful or interested in providing me the necessary information or assistance. I would give a zero rating if the option was available.
