This urgent care is the worst. The doctor misdiagnosed me. I had to come to my primary doctor the next day because he missed a lot and was trying to hurry up and get me out of there. He was arguing with his nurses. So unprofessional. The lady at the window didn’t even acknowledge me until after standing there for almost 3 minutes. I will never come here again. I recommend you go to the one in Torrance.
I had a great experience at this urgent care today. I went in to have my ear wax cleaned, and from start to finish, the staff were professional, precise, and genuinely caring. Everyone, from the front desk to the nurses and doctor, made me feel comfortable and well taken care of. I highly recommend this place for anyone seeking quality care.
Visited this Urgent Care around mid-June 2024. Doctor was nice however their X-Ray machine was out of order. Hmmmm what would happen if you had a broken bone and were not able to get an X-Ray ???? I was able to get a prescribed medication for a cough but the medication was only about 10% effective.
This office and staff are incredible. Specifically Brittany A. at the front desk gave some of the best client care support I have ever seen. She not only was thorough in making sure everything was done properly in the system for insurance but personally called my insurance company and spoke to at least 8 agents to properly update my medical group. Dr Nguyen And Lisa were really sweet and amazing people. They helped get what I needed when initially came due to sore throat and coming back for my headache. I feel better now and all my thanks goes to these two people!!
