We enjoyed this state spark, it had some spread out parking and a larger lot in-front of the trailhead/ visitor center. We arrived a little after 3 on a Saturday, and we were worried it would be crowded or have to park further out. If you can handle some heat, April-May is still bearable at mid 80s sunny and we had majority of the trail to ourselves.
My friends and I enjoyed a weekend hike at the “Little Grand” Canyon. It only $5 to park. Clean bathroom. Lots of places to picnic. Amazing views.
Awesome place to see if your around the hikes are not too difficult just bring enough water
What a unique tucked away place to discover. If you like walking and discovering this is it. You can choose between 3 -7 mile hiking loop. 3 mile is the easiest but takes you to some spectacular sites. Unexpected canyon
