So, I'll be honest, I believe a 2 star rating is fair. Our home was 7 (SEVEN!!) months late for signing. We had to drive our daughter to and from school coming and going to Milford from Maineville every day during that time. Communication was really bad. Our salesman ghosted us when problems came up.
