The doctors and nurses at Providence St. Jude Heritage Brea are excellent — professional, caring, and attentive. Unfortunately, the billing department is the complete opposite. Their work is consistently inaccurate, and I’ve had to spend countless hours correcting their mistakes. They’ve repeatedly billed me for services I never received. Even after my doctor confirmed he did not render those services, the billing department sent me a letter insisting they still had to charge for it — citing “several Federal and State laws” ... read more
FYI if your child has an eating disorder and you are referred to this office BEWARE that they don't provide treatment. They give you a list of 9 providers that are ALL out of network. The lack of empathy is incredible!
