Friendly staff, expert coaching, welcoming atmosphere. Would highly recommend to anyone in the area looking to level up in strength sports.
I dropped in here while traveling and preparing for a national powerlifting meet. Staff and members were courteous and supportive for an out of town lifter, and the club was clean, well-equipped and spacious! Definitely recommend!
