The branch manager at this location and her tellers are just simply the best! They are always kind helpful and very friendly! I would recommend this bank to anyone.
We recently sold our home and the buyer used Providence for their financing. We were originally going to close in December but were told that the bank couldn't do closings in December because they are too small. We encountered some delays (not because of the bank) and 6 weeks in advance, scheduled our close date for April. 2 weeks prior they said they could not accommodate that date because they were short staffed and offered a close date a full month later.
