When I dropped off my car for repairs I was dealing with Sandy. She is the most rude and obnoxious person I've ever met. She either needs additional training on how to work with customers or she shouldn't be in a customer service role. I tried to ask her the same question twice. I didn't even get half way through the question and she cut me right off, twice in the same spot.
