The apartment complex looks beautiful! Unfortunately there are some people that live here who are not very nice and loud. I often hear people making noise near my apartment including slamming doors, yelling, and knocking on the walls. Very inappropriate behavior for a nice looking place like this. Rent with caution.
Great all around. My mom was there only for a few months, had a medical emergency and they were so flexible, so helpful, and compassionate. Highly recommend.
I would like to give a 5 star recommendation to Providence on the Park for their Maintenance team, specifically, Maurice. Whenever I have a maintenance problem, which is few and far between, it is fixed and repaired. the very next day. I have never had a problem since I am living here which is 2 1/2 years. Maurice is a compliment.for the development. He knows his job...
Lovely place! Nice spacious apartments, beautifully kept grounds and responsive management. They did a great job getting salt down with the last snowstorm!
