I would like to give a 5 star recommendation to Providence on the Park for their Maintenance team, specifically, Maurice. Whenever I have a maintenance problem, which is few and far between, it is fixed and repaired. the very next day. I have never had a problem since I am living here which is 2 1/2 years. Maurice is a compliment.for the development. He knows his job...
Lovely place! Nice spacious apartments, beautifully kept grounds and responsive management. They did a great job getting salt down with the last snowstorm!
Moritzio, is very respectful and helpful and goes above and beyond in all areas. He is an outstanding worker and human being.
Lovely place to live, neighbors are friendly, grounds are kept up nicely and they have a very kind, caring and very efficient person in charge of the day-to-day maintenance named Maurizio. He is always very adept at understanding my issue and promptly takes care of it in a timely manner. He goes above and beyond to make sure your Apartment is in tip top shape! Always a pleasure to have someone you can trust!
