It’s not to bad yes needs a lot of work in some places but other than that they are human and they try I’m a resident and it’s hard to keep everything in order with so much going on
This place does nothing to help a resident when they report issues that need addressed, my friend is there and a nurse gave him some other residents inhaler to use because my friend was waiting on his to be filled so they didn't have his to use Also the resident in t he next room thru water on my friend as he was passing his doorway and no one did anything about it. This is where my ex-husband is at currently and I'm going to be getting him out asap ....the staff are horrible I wouldn't put my worst enemy there . They don't answer their phones there's no way to reach anyone past the front desk if you want to speak to anyone high up conveniently they do not have voicemail options to leave a message so you have to keep calling.
