This place is THE BEST physical therapy service available in sussex county, and I've been to quite a few. Gary is awesome to work with, knows so much about the body, and is willing to take as much time as required to both work with you and explain things. One on one attention, its never "go do these exercises" they stay with you, correct your alignments when you're doing it wrong, Just a personal touch that cant be matched. After my son was evaluated and they explained where my son showed weakness we immediately wanted to know what we can do to help him. My son plays ice hockey and was having obvious areas of weakness that was observed by Dr. Hannah as he practiced at Skylands . My son has been working with provere for approx 2 months and we have seen the results of therapy . As a parent I greatly appreciate what provere has done & will continue to do for my son as this will only help in his daily life and his love for hockey .
