First experience with a PT and could not be more satisfied. Scheduling was easy and quick and Adam even called back when an earlier appt became available. Dr. Crawford was very knowledgable and took his time to figure out a diagnosis but was also very personable and made my fiance and I feel very comfortable. Highly recommend!
They offer personalized and effective treatment at a convenient location with flexible scheduling. My neck does not hurt anymore and I had pain for years. it is not a cookie cutter physical therapy practice at all. everything they do is geared to your needs, and you see the same people there who know your treatment plan. They communicate with you and with each other about what is best for you. Professional and pleasant atmosphere.
I highly recommend Dr. Jon and his team. My longstanding neck and shoulder pain/mobility issues are vastly improved after a few short weeks last year. This year I came back for sciatic pain and am just as pleased. The office is well-run and professional. Adam, the administrator, is pleasant and helpful. The one-on-one therapy with Dr. Jon and supervised stretching and strengthening exercises with Tony plus "homework" have been a great experience with welcome results.
I have been to many PTs and orthos for my hip/knee injuries and have never made nearly the improvements I have since going to ProVere. John and Tony provide a perfect 1-2 punch of therapy and exercise that is customized to my specific needs and goals. Unlike many medical offices, ProVere scheduling is very flexible thanks to the management of Adam. I cant recommend the ProVere team enough...thank you John, Tony, and Adam!
