Started at this gym close to a year ago. Got to a point in life where nothing was working with no signs of improvement. I found proverb through a friend. I cant believe i waited so long to join. They have one on one coaching to help reach your goals. The way its structured you can physically see and feel your improvements. If you looking for a place to treat you like family and get you in shape at the same time this is it.
Amazing experience. Have been to this gym twice as a drop in while visiting from out of state. Welcoming, attentive coaches, inviting community and a clean, well equipped facility! I would leave 10 stars if I could and will definitely be back - thank you!
As a woman in my 50s, I can honestly say I’m in the best shape of my life, and Proverb CrossFit has played a huge role in that! The coaches are so supportive and knowledgeable, and the programming is adaptable to any fitness level, even if you're new to working out or have an injury like I do. Great coaches, superb people. Yeah, it kicks my butt every time but what good would it be if it didn’t? You’re going to work hard but everyone is there to support you.
This is not just a gym. It’s a community. They are so welcoming and encouraging to even beginners like myself. I started because I needed somewhere to learn how to do things the right way. Every single trainer & coach has far exceeded anything I could have imagined.
