Dropped into Proverb twice last week while visiting family in the area and had a great experience! Signing up for the drop-ins couldn’t have been easier through the website. The people were so welcoming and the workouts were a great mix of CrossFit and hyrox. The gym itself is clean and filled with plenty of equipment. Proverb Fitness was a fantastic place to work out while I was spending a week at Lake Keowee! The coaching staff and members were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. They made me feel right at home from the moment I walked in. I'll definitely be dropping in again the next time I'm back in South Carolina!
Amazing experience. Have been to this gym twice as a drop in while visiting from out of state. Welcoming, attentive coaches, inviting community and a clean, well equipped facility! I would leave 10 stars if I could and will definitely be back - thank you! Update a year later! I'm back! Same great gym - highly recommend!
