Ripoff artist that will scam you out of money for unneeded services. He took over my late father's estate planning and screwed us over for $1,300 for a new deed that was unnecessary. I know this because I spoke to the former estate attorney that my Dad had. I know rich people on the South Shore have money to burn, but I don't. I still can't get him (since 2018) to put my name on the deed to my home. He wants to charge $1K. Do your due diligence and Caveat Emptor (let the buyer beware).
