Do not hire Doug Provencher. He sucks as a family attorney. He wrote the judge’s orders wrong on purpose, would not amend the order and told my friend he would quit if she said anything to the court knowing he took all her money and she could not afford another attorney. He screwed his client out of all her money, hundreds of thousands of dollars claiming he would get the money back from her ex husband in the end and almost three years later, has not collected one penny! The worst divorce But the best representation. I could not have done this without these specific attorneys. I consider Doug , Roz and Deana family now. You will not get better attorneys anywhere.

Mr. Provencher and his assistant have been the best team I have ever had the pleasure to work with. They flawlessly guided me through the Chapter 7 process and beyond. The idea of filing for a bankruptcy was overwhelming and an impossible for me to navigate only. The fees for service I received was beyond reasonable for the work they put in. Doug Provencher was everything that we needed during a nasty divorce. He was definitely the level headed and patient one who kept us all on track to let the cards fall and let the other party shoot themselves in the foot and lie over and over. When you’re the honest one it’s really hard to sit back and be patient but Doug was confident and assured us we didn’t do anything wrong so we didn’t need to do extra work or get flustered. I can not say enough nice things about Embolden Law PC and it's sister company, Provencher & Flatt.
