Was ready to buy one of their inventory homes, but the Sales Woman was horrible, she was closing down the model 45 minutes before it was scheduled to close with no explanation. Closing the lights off, and in a hurry. She gave no explanation as to why and I was polite and wanted to know how to go about putting a contract together. She actually stated: "Well you have to fill it out with me and sign it." No DUH !! I left with my checkbook in my pocket and bought another home. Her name was Christine Guthrie.
