Be aware of the deceptive practices of this builder. Do not do business with this builder! I am a realtor and I helped my client contracted a new built town home with this builder in Aug 2021. At contract signing, they expected the closing should be appx end of 2021. However, the builder keep making excuses and did not start construction until early 2022.
