Been living here for a little over 4 years and since Shannon has left things just don’t get done in a timely manner. The elevator seems to always be broke or messing up in some way. Music from upstairs neighbors playing after hours. Flies coming from people’s apartment , the parking lots are full of white trucks. Just moved into a new unit and the tub feels like it’s going to cave in due to water seeking into a large scratch. It’s been more than 3 weeks and I’m still waiting on things to be fixed. My AC went out. Frank was out within about an hour. I needed a new thermostat that he couldn't get until the next day. Frank was able to get it going until he could get the new one. He was back first thing the next morning. Thank you Frank, you're the best. Laura in 413
