I’ve called and texted Devin Provencal so many times - he doesn’t bother picking up the phone and doesn’t respond to text messages. He used to answer my calls, and he used to answer my texts - not sure what happened, all my bills to them were paid in a timely fashion.
Very pleased with Devin’s professionalism and knowledge.
I am a disabled widow who had frozen pipes since Friday Feb. 3rd. I called several plumbers including Provencal Enterprises. I left a couple messages and I understand that many plumbers were backlogged because of the brutally cold temps last weekend. My complaint is that I never received a call back-even if they were booked up-it is only common courtesy to call the customer back! I would not recommend Provencal Plumbing and Heating!!
