Proven Power is so great to work with! They are resourceful and quick about helping with parts or repair.
I brought my lawn mower in for sputtering at high idle and losing power when turning on the blades. I was told there was debris in the fuel and that’s what was causing the issue. I got the mower back and within the first 15 minutes of mowing it had the same issue. They picked it up and found that the left cylinder was losing spark. So now all said and done I’m in for over $1000 for flushing the fuel system and ignition coils. Unfortunately, the machine I wanted was not in stock, and my options for a new riding lawn mower were limited. I would have had to wait a couple of months to get a mower with the deck size I wanted. Karina, however, worked her magic and was able to get a different size deck installed on my mower. Anytime I visit Proven Power, they always do their best to make sure my requests are met. Ask for Karina for any new equipment sales!!! She always goes above and beyond!
