The technician quickly determined the solution to my problem. Nolan was very personable and dedicated, a great asset to his company.
They arrived early, were respectful of my space, and quickly resolved my problem.
Lee from Proven Plumbing came over for an estimate, he was detailed in what worked need to be done to achieve what we wanted and provided an itemized bill. This helped us understand the complexity of the job, we haven't decided which way to go but we will use Proven for our renovation either way.
PP came out same day I called to address and replace two hose bibs I had that were leaking or just not properly installed. They were very transparent re cost and knowledgeable. It didn’t take long for both hose bins to be replaced and are now functional and working well. Thanks Guys!
I've used Proven Plumbing for years, way back to when it was the Originator - Louis - coming out himself to do the work. The most recent visit was to take advantage of the $50 HVAC offer. The two Techs arrived in the earlier portion of the arrival time window, which is always appreciated, and were very professional with their work. I would recommend Proven, and will be using them again.
