UPDATE (April 21, 2026): Updating my review based on how the situation has progressed. While the company did eventually restore water service after multiple attempts, I later discovered that the irrigation system was also damaged during the excavation and repair process. Specifically, irrigation pipes that were previously functioning were cut, and the irrigation control wiring was also damaged. Then Zachary C came in—and what a difference. He was knowledgeable, professional, and quickly identified the root cause. He fixed the problem properly, not just temporarily, and made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving.
