The Proven Plumbing tech was thorough and professional. Zachary explained the problem and not only fixed the leaky pipes but also fixed the issue on the other 2 toilets so I wouldn't have them as future flooding issues. I have been with Proven Plumbing for several years now, and they always provide solid service and very reasonable prices.
If you're looking for a reliable plumber, ask for Zachary! He recently fixed a PRV issue for us and was fantastic to work with. He was extremely courteous, took the time to explain the problem, and was completely honest about the repairs and pricing. It's hard to find that level of honesty these days. Five stars!
Top notch in setting up an appointment, securing an install date, communication etc. Price is also very competitive. They were always on time, and fast responses to inquiries. My first choice.
Zachary C. came out today to help with a clogged sink and HVAC pipe condensation water backing up into the sink. He was so friendly, super knowledgeable and helped me understand what exactly was going on. He also gave great advice on what to do to help prevent clogs. He fixed the problem fast and I felt so good with his work! Thank you so much Zachary.
Richard and Manny did an excellent job of advising and then installing a new toilet. Looks great, works great.
