I would like to take the time to give David from online sales an graded A review.He was awesome!. He took the time to listen to exactly what I needed and went beyond his call as online sales associate to explain how the parts function . Excellent company to work for. Great products with great prices
The wheels both broke (bolts) when I called about it he admitted that this was an ongoing problem and that he would send new parts.... those "new parts" also broke the same way the first 2 wheels did! ( these were 2 wheels for a riding mower)
These guys have been amazing at getting me what i needed... they have gone the extra mile to ensure integrity and satisfaction. They truly care about their customers needs. Everything doesnt always go perfectly, but its what you do and how you do it that displays integrity and sets one apart and ahead... good job and great work guys Thank you again
Customer service is second to none. Had to return a part and Michael was there to help me from start to finish. I will definitely be coming back. Thank you for your time.
