The wrong tynes were shipped. I emailed and called. No problem at all. The correct parts are being shipped. I couldn't ask for better customer service!

He took the time to listen to exactly what I needed and went beyond his call as online sales associate to explain how the parts function . Excellent company to work for. Great products with great prices
The wheels both broke (bolts) when I called about it he admitted that this was an ongoing problem and that he would send new parts.... those "new parts" also broke the same way the first 2 wheels did! ( these were 2 wheels for a riding mower)
