Shelby Nicole Garrison will be the reason I come back to Proven Mortgage.
Roxanne Swain and Marcia Zigler are terrible. They will leave you hanging for weeks, then ask for the same paperwork that you sent to them previously. 4 months later, still not completed. I think they took too long, and have to start over. We dumped them, and will start over with our mortgage originator. A waste of time.
Buyer Beware I did 3 refinances with Monster Loans, now called Proven Mortgage. The first refi went off without a hitch so I trusted two more refinances to be done by them. The following two were a complete nightmare. refi#1: took 3 months to close. I was told by ML (monster loans) my refi would close prior to paying the month's mortgages. I was charged late fees both times because they failed to meet their deadline. Horrible customer service. No communication skills. I had to keep reaching out to get answers. Do not recommend them to refinance a mortgage.
They were very nice to work with until the end of the process. I wanted to refinance my mortgage, she offered me a lower interest rate and monthly payment as per my credit score but with time the monthly payment was increasing even I told her in the beginning that I do not want an escrow included but she did not care about it and included escrow.
