I decided to write this review because their technician identified a persistent airflow issue in our ventilated ceiling and took the time to adjust the ductwork rather than suggesting a pricier overhaul. The repair was completed in two hours, and so far, we’ve noticed a significant improvement in air circulation throughout the room.

The repair took just over an hour, which seemed reasonable given that the technician needed to replace a faulty thermostat that I suspected might be the issue. He also took some time to check and adjust the system settings to ensure everything was working correctly before he left.

The dismantling process for my A/C system took most of the afternoon, which was expected given the complexity and coordination needed with building management. They were thorough in explaining each step before proceeding, which helped ensure everyone was aligned on what needed to be done.

This visit was quicker than last time, as they managed to install the new thermostat in just under an hour, but it would have been helpful if they had provided a brief demo on how to use its more advanced settings.
