Jamal is great. He tailors my workouts to me and he mixes things up each week. I never feel like I'm doing the same things over and over again.
I have worked out here for 1 year - Jamal is always upbeat, creative and thoughtful in his approach. The workouts are always different and very challenging. The group training is fun and the personal training is focused the goals you set for yourself. Great coach and a great environment to meet health goals!
