These guys helped me with a difficult software configuration problem with my batteries and solar panel array. They were incredibly persistent and knowledgeable and were able to solve the problem. I recommend them unreservedly.
Fantastic service from local Queenslanders here on Sunshine Coast. Jacob, Eli and Daniel were very professional, clean and tidy and Jacob’s communication over the 3 days was exemplary. The new solar panels, inverter and battery were all delivered and installed as agreed. Proven Energy were subcontracted to do solar panel and battery install at my place on the Sunshine Coast. Great communication by the Noosa team during installation and delays from weather and equipment/part supply. Answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns with professionalism. So impressed with the team and their work!
Had major issues getting them to price a job. After a onsite visit which went well i heard nothing for a month. After 3 months and a few phone calls chasing the quote still nothing. Obviously they are very busy but some sort of commication would have been appreciated
I found the team to be very helpful especially when issues developed with system. They resolved the issue promptly.
