I had an initial appointment today with Dr. Shin (just to establish care at a new dentist) and I think this was the most relaxed I’ve ever been at a dentist office. The staff knew my name the moment I walked in the door (likely from the photo I uploaded on my intake forms). I was kept VERY informed throughout the whole appointment, but what really stood out is that I finally felt like I was being listened to.
