worst place to work, they dont follow there own policies. pick and choose when they want to implement them. dont care about there staffing. they label me as doing a no call no show when they unfairly removed me from my client case and cleared my schedule and then label me as no call no show and label me as “job abandonment” and let me go. they did all of this within less than 8hrs. they had no concerns if their employee was okay or ill. if you are not one of their favorites they have no problems with pushing you out.
This center has been working with my son for about a year now and he's been making leaps and bounds in his development. He's consistently happy here and I always feel as if his needs are being met. Im so thankful we found this center!
Proven Behavior Solutions changed our lives. My twin daughters have been attending this amazing center for 2 years, and their progress is unbelievable. They’ve learned to speak, communicate, and show love in ways I never imagined. The staff is caring, patient, and truly committed. I’m forever grateful.
This is a horrible disorganized school. They have no lesson plans they teach nothing, my 5yr old grandson was at this school for 2 years and learned absolutely nothing. He's been at his new school for 7 months and is speaking in complete sentences he was nonverbal the entire time at Proven. They don't care about the students and the teachers kept quitting. I'm so glad he is out of this horrible lackluster program that offers no solutions whatsoever!
