Amazing experience from start to finish! We worked with Joe, and he was incredibly helpful from the moment we met him until the project was complete. He handled everything with our insurance company, which took a huge weight off our shoulders, and was always professional and responsive. A great experience from beginning to end! Provantage Builders replaced 2 roofs (house and detached garage) and my home gutters that were damaged in a hail storm. I worked with Zack, Cameron, and Joe and they all did a great job of explaining each step of the process and answering all of the questions I had. Provantage made the whole insurance process so easy! They handled everything and got our roof fully approved when we didn’t even think it would be covered. Super professional and great communication the whole way through!
Provantage builders did a great job helping us out after we had storm damage. They were quick to get things back together. The worked to get a settlement from the insurance company and presented us with a beautiful new roof. They are great sticking with their customers and would highly recommend them.
