I've been trying to get in touch with Gary using his cellphone number and texting. If anyone has a better way to contact him, please share that with me. My first encounter with him was positive but I am feeling neglected right now. Got a call from Gary!!! I have an appointment. I was using a different phone number and he wasn't getting his texts and calls. I'm looking forward to our visit next week.
Not one to give negative reviews, but I believe this company is why contractors have bad reputations. We experienced a faulty shower valve that resulted in water damage to the master closet. The clean up company – DryForce – recommended Provant (hard to believe Provant is their only resource) to do the repairs. First of all, it took several calls just to get a call back. So pleased with the work that was done on my room when I had a water leak- repaired walls, painted, new carpet. Very please with the work and the ones who did it. Gary was easy to deal with and Hector and his crew were great. Highly recommend this group if you need repairs done on your home.
I can’t recommend this company enough! Gary is amazing along with his employees!! He did what he said he would do in a short period of time. When living in a home that is being remodeled that is a real blessing.
Gary and his entire team are a pleasure to work with. They do great work and communicate well. Won't ever use anyone else for repairs.
