For the most part good internet service at a affordable price.Found something else and didn't even got a partial payment back and cancel before even the hve but 2 weeks of the month pay for.

I have always had very good service and even recommended pro value to people , but the last week or 2 the Internet has went out and not able to get online for hours at a time. not very happy at all with the service now. I am retired and spend a lot of time online and am not physically able to do much else it makes for a very long day when the Internet is non functional

I've been a loyal customer for over four years and have always tried to support local businesses. During this time, I’ve worked fully remote or hybrid, so a stable internet connection was critical. Unfortunately, I experienced several outages over the years — including one that lasted more than two weeks. ProValue net has been my internet provider for several years and I have no complaints. I just needed to update my info, and the young lady working was very sweet and helpful.

Additional Comments: I truly appreciated the installation service Joe provided for my internet, as well as his professionalism, honesty, and friendly demeanor. He explained all possible situations to me in a way I could easily understand, he was very nice, respectful and was even pleasant to my dog. I felt comfortable and safe with Joe working inside my home. He is certainly an all-around great representation of Pro Value.
