Their tech support sucks and has no clue what they are doing. They cant keep my service even half what speed i paid for, unfortunately they where the only option until now. Paid 25mbps and only got 10mbps. They over charge for service they don't provide. Refuse to get a resolution.

For the most part good internet service at a affordable price.Found something else and didn't even got a partial payment back and cancel before even the hve but 2 weeks of the month pay for.

I have always had very good service and even recommended pro value to people , but the last week or 2 the Internet has went out and not able to get online for hours at a time. not very happy at all with the service now. I am retired and spend a lot of time online and am not physically able to do much else it makes for a very long day when the Internet is non functional

I've been a loyal customer for over four years and have always tried to support local businesses. During this time, I’ve worked fully remote or hybrid, so a stable internet connection was critical. ProValue net has been my internet provider for several years and I have no complaints. I just needed to update my info, and the young lady working was very sweet and helpful.
