Very good customer service team, fast and efficient.
I ordered a Gates belt and according to the packlist it was the correct belt, when i opened the package they have sent me the wrong belt.. zero help from provalue parts to solve the problem..
CROOKS ! ordered 3 case of oil at add price of 35 a case , was sent one bottle , now to get a refund they want me to pay return shipping AND a restocking fee , stay away or you will be sorry ...
