I have had several poor dealings with Provac. First we ordered a rebuilt cryo pump and compressor in 2021. The compressor arrived with a broken sensor and would not operate. We exchanged emails and phone calls with the company for several weeks while they continued to tell us the issue was with our water cooling lines. Paul, the owner said several times that he was an expert with over 20 years experience and the cooling water lines were definitely the issue.
