I used Prova for my private flight catering. I am a corporate Cabin Hostess and our catering can be quite specific and occasionally with finite budgets. Prova did an incredible job with communicating and executing the rather specific order I sent them and was very aware of the budget. Went for a sandwich and left with giggles and a full stomach their portions are great for what they charge and their food is delicious The manager (Jen) does all the cooking and you can tell she puts love in everything she does the girls in the front are also very sweet definitely coming back !!!
Let me tell you something about this place — tiny, but boy is it mighty! The food here is incredible, super reasonably priced, the owner is singlehandedly one of the kindest folks I have ever met and it seems like the most lovely & not talked about enough spot in the area. My workplace caters meals from here consistently and we have nothing but incredible things to say. Runnnn don’t walk!
