I asked my management company to hire an electrician to put white GFCIs in a duplex I own to make sure everything is safe for the tenants. There are not GFCIs in the kitchen, laundry room or outside. It is a property I just bought this year. I received two separate bills for two separate visits for hundreds of dollars where no work was done. DO NOT HIRE - extremely unprofessional and disrespectful vendor. When he arrived, he was asked to remove his shoes in our home and he said he needed to keep them on for safety. When he was asked to put on booties, he claimed his booties were more dirty than his boots and rather than going to get clean ones, he proceeded to wear his shoes through our home.
