Furnace died on Thursday night with the coldest weekend coming up. I dialed emergency number and they sent Jeremy out to diagnose the issue. The boiler was filled with water, not steam. He fixed it and waited till he was sure it was okay. Don’t get service like that very often. Prout is the best!
Worst company to deal with
The Prout Boilers were super helpful!!! Especially Ethan prout. He was such a great young man!
This company has repaired our office A/C unit more than once, and has always done a great job. The last repair, we had lost refrigerant from a corroded line. Within an hour, the tech had brazed the damaged line, recharged the unit, and had us back up and running.
