Kevin Riley consistently produces some of the best wine in California. I always find myself coming back to Proulx wine when I am looking for something that will knock my socks off. The Wah and Jack Barrett are worth every penny and then some. Proulx also has wines that are great for just everyday drinking. If you like Rose, you have to try some of Kevin's Grenache Rose. We adore Proulx... from the wine (SO delectable), too the warmth of the family pouring it, to the space -- and ESPECIALLY if you happen in when Genoa is making wood fired pizzas! Proulx is a hidden gem, on the westside wine trail, where you will feel like you're stepping back in time, out of the hustle and bustle, and taking in the unparalleled Paso countryside and delicious juice, amongst the vines!!!!

After this trip every time we go to Paso we will make sure we stop in to Proulx. We got to taste with the winemaker/ owner Kevin and he makes you feel like a member of his family. There is a wide selection of amazing wines, there are budget friendly wines (yellow label) that are better than many others reserve wines. In fact we ended up buying 2 cases of the yellow label Zin. If you are looking for reserve wines try one named after his sons, our favorite is the Dimples.
