If I could give ZERO stars I would. I am automatic delivery and they allowed me to run out of propane in my home where I have a young family. Their excuse was that my automatic tracker failed. I was not notified of this, and had no idea that it was not working. Had I been notified I would have checked the tank regularly. I trusted these people and their business to make sure that my home was adequately heated. My bill was always paid in a timely manor and I made sure to keep access to my tanks in the snow. We live in Naples , FL but recently bought a new second home in Southern Maine. We knew that Proulx had been chosen by the NH-based builder to install the propane equipment, but were apprehensive about the service and delivery coverage up to Maine and had concerns over remote property management. They came and delivered 11 gallons of propane to a 57 gallon tank. I just got a refill a month ago. Avoid the company. They abused me using their auto delivery system so they can charge me an extra $18.80 "Compliance Fee" for delivering a small amount to an almost full tank. Milking as much money out of the customer. Nice.
