Just did my homework and found oil prices in my area are $.38 cheaper a gal than I just got charged by Proulx. New year time to shop!
Do not use this company terrible customer service and you will always get rescheduled so they can cater to their builder accounts

If I could give ZERO stars I would. I am automatic delivery and they allowed me to run out of propane in my home where I have a young family. Their excuse was that my automatic tracker failed. I was not notified of this, and had no idea that it was not working. Had I been notified I would have checked the tank regularly. I trusted these people and their business to make sure that my home was adequately heated. My bill was always paid in a timely manor and I made sure to keep access to my tanks in the snow. We live in Naples , FL but recently bought a new second home in Southern Maine. We knew that Proulx had been chosen by the NH-based builder to install the propane equipment, but were apprehensive about the service and delivery coverage up to Maine and had concerns over remote property management.
