very rude staff especially the manager so unprofessional and need a lot of customer service training the way she was acting with the customer and it not for the first time was very bad this type of people they should be home not serving customer and I was wondering why this shop always empty
Worst store I have been to. Manager is young, rude and entitled compared to other stores I have been to. The store is messy, dusty and just feels unclean. I work in the centre so I have oftern popped into the store and staff and manager like to ignore customers and have un work related conversations.
