Disappointed with both the bracelet clasp quality (kept coming undone) and the customer service when I returned to address it. The staff member (older woman) I dealt with was aggressive and dismissive, which made an already frustrating situation worse.
Cathy at Knox store was able to fix a problem 4 other jewellers in knox couldn't or would only at absurd costs . Cathy your a star
Great service from the friendly ladies that were working Thursday evening at the Knox store. Helped me with everything I needed and they were patient with me whilst deciding on options. Decent sized store so they had a good range to choose from.
Big thank you to Prouds Jewellery Knox! 🌟 I recently bought a parrot clasp from Prouds at Waverley Gardens, but unfortunately had a disappointing experience when I tried to return it within 7 days. Even though the receipt clearly stated a 30-day change-of-mind policy, the staff refused to accept it and were quite dismissive, even after I explained I had confirmed the policy with another store. Shocking customer service on Saturday, for return items, was sent to another store because they couldn't call a manager/assistant manager as they didn't have anyone in store with any authority to do anything. 1st attendant was miserable as hell, 2nd was semi helpful but she gave up after about 10mins of trying to solve an issue. Was disgusting service and if I ever win the lottery, I will be sure to buy the biggest jewellery collection from anywhere BUT here! Never shopping here again!
