Absolutely terrible experience with the management team. Completely inconsiderate and unwilling to have good faith conversations. After initially applying for a unit, I was advised to make a payment worth 2 weeks of rent as a “sign of interest”, with no official documentation/signing/lease agreement/receipt issued. Having already been in a precarious financial position, I was unable to go any further with the application and communicated that I would be recinding my offer.
