Prouds landing is such a beautiful complex to call home. Management are very responsive and organised. I lived in the complex for over 4 years and did not have a single problem. I definitely recommend living there.
I had two inspections here and left frustrated both times. The properties are very dated. The staff/management was rude and unprofessional. I cannot recommend this place
Absolutely terrible experience with the management team. Completely inconsiderate and unwilling to have good faith conversations. After initially applying for a unit, I was advised to make a payment worth 2 weeks of rent as a “sign of interest”, with no official documentation/signing/lease agreement/receipt issued. Having already been in a precarious financial position, I was unable to go any further with the application and communicated that I would be recinding my offer.
