Everything was really quick and the doctor was very helpful. The receptionist was a bit unprofessional, she wasn’t very attentive and was checking her phone quite often while dealing with me. I would definitely come here again though
they are quick and efficient, the doctors who have helped me here are super helpful and friendly, and are my reason for returning more than once and high rating. however, the receptionist has an attitude problem. my encounter with reception today, from start to finish, was really unpleasant and frankly uncomfortable… maybe she was having a bad day, but i felt like i was prompting her to do her job… she didn’t greet or acknowledge me until i said hi, and even then didn’t ask how she could assist, just ‘hi.’ back and a blank s... read more
I haven't been to a walk in clinic in a while and I gotta say I was pleasantly surprised. I went to another one first, but I got bad vibes, so I left. This place was nice and bright. The staff was super nice and the doctor was awesome! He checked my file before he came to the room, asked me some questions about the medications I'm on and wrote me the prescriptions I needed with refills! Often, walk-in clinic doctors don't do that. The staff and doctor are nice. I came here for a UTI and high fever with chills. The doctor took a sample of my pee and confirmed it was UTI and prescribed antibiotics. I had to go to emergency after 2 days because my fever won’t go down and I told them this clinic took my pee and said they will send for culture. The clinic never sent it because the doctor at the emergency couldn’t find results. The doctor called again and confirmed that there was still no pee sent for culture.
