I am extremely disappointed with my experience at WS Hand Car Wash. I specifically instructed the staff not to pull out my cargo mat, yet they completely ignored my request and damaged it in the process. Even worse, they broke the push-mechanism console door where I charge my phone. This was a costly mistake that ended up costing me several hundred dollars to repair. Amazing value , hand wash and very reasonably priced.
You get what you pay for. Got my car cleaned inside and out and the did a decent job with the fur on the inside, but definitely didn’t leave it spotless in terms of the plastic, leather seats, etc. cautionary word though… they’re not cleaning the sponges thoroughly before moving on between vehicles… I left with many new scratches which was a major bummer.
I love hand car washes they are better than the automatic one, they got my car so clean like it is new all over again
