Took a very long time to answer and some halfwit told me they were not available as Avon tyres had closed down but some tyres still being made by someone else. But mine not available, Asked about alternatives and was told they did not have any!!! Complete nonsense. As a previous reviewer has mentioned, do not use a third party supplier with this garage. Original booking slot made via Asda tyres was non-existent, resulting in the first wasted journey. A second appointment was made later in the week, directly with Protyre and as requested, I attempted to phone ahead to ensure that the tyres had arrived. After numerous unanswered calls, I hedged my bets and turned up to the slot anyway. No tyres. Absolutely excellent Customer Service! I pre booked a lease car for 2 replacement tyres. The customer service from start to finish was exceptional. The guy at the front desk was super friendly and efficient. The car was taken straight into the tyre bay and returned to me as soon as it was finished, job done, no waiting, no issues.
