The friendly greeting from Tahlia when you walk in the door sets the scene for a good experience and Ron and his boys continue that in the workshop. We have been using Protune for a number of years now and find the experience excellent Would have no hesitation in recommending them to friends and family for mechanical repairs and servicing
We have a new car ( Dealer disappointed ) and the service that we have received from Pro Tune Kawana has been wonderful. From our first oil, filter and inspection at 5,000 kms the staff have competently taken care of our car. They are fully informed of the correct maintenance schedule, specifications, service intervals and parts required. We have no hesitation in recommending Pro Tune Kawana who will certainly be maintaining our car in the future.
My wife and I have been using ProTune Mechanical for a few years now and we are very happy with the ongoing service we receive from Ron and his team; they are always helpful and can answer any questions and give advice. We highly recommend them to anyone wanting good service at a fair price.
Really don’t recommend these guys. Gave me a list of things that needed doing, up to $1500 worth of work, went to Mycar Caloundra and half the stuff didn’t need doing! Only came to $500. Not the first time I’ve had an issue like this with them.
