I used Heidi Boden as my travel agent. I traveled to tulum Mexico. I haven’t traveled to much and I told her that. She made everything seamless. From my flights to my hotel transfers. I was nervous traveler! My vacation was amazing and Heidi was there for any questioned I had!! I highly recommend!
Our agent Heidi Boden worked her magic for us once again helping us plan our 15th wedding anniversary trip to Tulum Mexico. Flights & transfers to & from the resort were seamless. She set up excursions, point people & made sure our stay was perfect. Always reassuring knowing that your agent is always available whenever you need them.
Cannot recommend. Slow service, original itinerary included plane schedule that did not match their itinerary. After waiting for update on flights for a few days, I sent a note asking for update and agent sent a text saying she was out of town for 5 days and asked if we could meet in 10 days!! After working with her for 2+ weeks never saw a price on any of her tour recommendations, hotels, flights. My brother also had a lousy experience here. We both pulled the plug and never heard a word back from them.
Whitney Sherman was a delight to work with - she gave us great suggestions for our family's short spring break trip to Zion National Park and quoted several travel insurance plans that were clear and concise. Her passion for travel shines through and she's a wealth of ideas and information. Highly recommend!
When I missed my connecting flight, I was told at the airport I couldn’t get out until the next day. I called the GR office and they were able to get me on the next flight out. Excellent to work with.
