Ask for Phil Allen-he can get you anywhere on the planet as quickly as you need to be there! He's been the best at recommending hotels in remote and popular places. Highly recommend!! Photo below is Nizhnevartovsk, Siberia. I was given only days to be there or my adoption would've been cancelled. He set up flights,hotels,transfers and info about the area and achieved a rough goal. We used this company and Erica two years ago for a trip to Italy. Since then we tried booking three trips through Erica. Each time her pricing was far out and her attitude was the same. She costs this company two trips.. and now she is costing them a third. I am not the type of person to leave a negative review but she deserves it and this company deserves to know who is representing them. Good luck Erica.

J'ai réservé un séjour et j'ai reçu la confirmation, avant quelques jours de mon voyage j'ai reçu une annulation de la part de cette établissement j'ai payé plus de 500 $ de différence dans un autre hôtel a cause de non professionalisme de cette établissement

Booked a trip for two to Israel and cancelled because of the war going on there. They charged $700 in agency refund fees just to log on a computer and click some buttons.
